开头看着挺牛的，到中间突然变成了绿老婆文，感觉有点别扭，不过后面应该就是拿下整个售楼小姐了吧，既然主角这么牛，中间我觉得就别弄个绿妻的了，直接写攻克售楼部就好了，总体来说文采不错，期待后续。
