虽然文章的主旨是想表达女主为病所困，深陷这种人格转换的悲哀。但总感觉LZ有朋友说得很对，女主这病很方面啊：女主正常时保持高冷状态和精神的自我满足，犯病时则出卖身体得利+享受性爱，完美实现又当又立。而且即使犯事被抓，也可以以怪病为借口脱身，好处占足，风险规避。
